Ruby Burton has worked hard to organize a spay/neuter clinic for our area. She has been successful in scheduling the Arkansans for Animals Spay/Neuter Van for us. This organization is funded by existing grants and should be a huge boost to our effort to control the unwanted animal population locally. Below is the schedule of the Spay/Neuter Van for Helena:
